Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) is known worldwide for their swift humanitarian and medical response to global disasters and conflicts. But the organization also has a deeper mission: To provide sustainable solutions for the longer-term, often more insidious effects of crises. Our multi-year partnership, which began in 2023, supports MSF's ability to achieve both, amplifying the impact of their emergency response, as well as their long-term medical relief efforts.
Since there is always a need to act quickly during emergencies, part of our financial support will go to MSF’s Emergency Fund, which allows them to take immediate action within the crucial first 72 hours of a crisis.
Beyond the initial shockwaves, communities are often left to grapple with prolonged challenges that demand a more enduring response. As an education company, EF understands the transformative power of knowledge and believes that education is the key to sustainable solutions. With this in mind, we have chosen to direct most of our support towards the MSF Academy for Healthcare.

MSF Academy for Healthcare is the pinnacle of sustainable healthcare in areas of crisis, and we are proud to help fund their efforts, broaden their reach, and increase their impact. By training, teaching, and enhancing the skills of local front-line healthcare workers, the Academy not only responds to immediate needs but also addresses the long-term healthcare infrastructure of crisis-stricken regions. EF’s support will contribute to expanding the Academy’s reach, allowing it to have a broader impact on communities facing healthcare challenges.
“The learning programs orchestrated by the MSF Academy for Healthcare create a sustained impact on the quality of care by equipping local healthcare professionals with advanced skills, specialized knowledge, and innovative techniques. This fosters a continuous cycle of improvement that positively influences patient outcomes, community health, and healthcare practices in the long term.”
By investing in education, EF aims to empower local healthcare workers, creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond the initial crisis response.
