Truly experiencing a destination should not mean harming the animals that call it home. On the contrary, we’re committed to taking care of the animals who live and play in the places we visit. We provide travelers with insights about the importance of animal welfare, including identifying and avoiding inhumane tourist attractions, learning about local wildlife conservation efforts, and understanding the impacts of poaching and illegal wildlife products. We’re taking big steps to incorporate sustainable values and practices into how we operate. Our tours, for example, include experiences that get people out in nature, learning about traditional land use, conservation efforts, and the protection of iconic sites. Many also include information and insights that help people understand how their actions as travelers make a difference.

Additionally, as a global company we are committed to reducing emissions across our offices and language campuses around the world, eliminating the use of single-use plastics, transitioning to recycled materials across print and merchandising, as well as offering alternatives to air travel whenever possible.
